About

Nawras Alali.

I'm a solo founder and builder based in Adelaide. I design, build and ship AI platforms — from the first line of code to the product in someone's hands — across health, education, communications and hard-tech.

One person, the modern stack, and a bias for shipping. Ideas are cheap; the work is getting them into the market.

The range is the point. UniRubric brings audit-defensible AI grading into the systems universities already run. Wasel is private, encrypted messaging with translation and global data, built to work where networks barely do. Triage Doctor puts bilingual medical triage in front of people who need it, and AlMofti does the same for well-sourced religious guidance. Penworth turns an idea into a finished book. And Syria Silicon reaches past software entirely — turning Syria's silica reserves into a semiconductor supply chain.

Alongside the building, I write. Three published books so far — on wealth in the age of AI, on preparing for hard times, and on the science of wellbeing — with an Arabic AI encyclopedia on the way.

My background is in public health and quality improvement, which is where the instinct comes from: build things that are accurate, accountable, and actually usable by the people they're for. That's the same standard I bring to every platform I put my name on.
